Ffrorest - West Wales

FForest in Mid Wales is a truly magical place. Set within 200 acres of woodland, it has its own pub - yep a fully functioning rural pub, a whole barn, a farm house, loads of glamping pods and breathtaking scenery with it’s very own lake. This venue really gives a uniqueness that can’t be replicated. It was an absolute dream to be part of this wedding. I even got to stay for a couple of nights in one of the pods.

Simon and Kate were joined by family and friends. What can I say, they’re such a lovely couple, we clicked straight away. The wedding came in two parts. Firstly The farm wedding, set in this rustic building, the light was just perfect. Soft and delicate with a beautiful contrast.

The second element took part in the tent. A lovely space, warm, with lots of natural fabrics. It was wonderful working with the delicate light available.

It was autumn when the wedding took place, just on the verge of winter and the low light and autumnal shades really show cased Kate and Simon.

The natural surroundings and rustic elements provided a beautiful backdrop for Kate and Simon’s wedding. A picture-perfect setting.
